Reshape the site from a single-section project log into the notebook it was always meant to be.
v0 shipped a single-section site framed entirely as Fool’s Errand. The right shape, after a planning pass, turned out different: a notebook with many sections, of which Fool’s Errand is one. v1 makes the structure match the vision.
This errand carries the build log for that restructure. The v1 launch is considered shipped when the dummy content is replaced with real writing in a focused content session — not when the routes go live.
Drafted full doc set (VISION, AGENTS, ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN, WORKFLOW, PRD, ROADMAP). The shape of the site became legible only after the docs forced the question.
Built the v1 spine — extended errand schema with threads/looking_for, added essays and threads collections, applied the full DESIGN.md token system, added footer and 404 and skip-link.
Scaffolded all seven v1 surfaces (/, /about, /errands, /essays, /now, /guild, /threads) with dummy content as voice scaffolding. The real writing follows in a focused session.
