It splits three ways:
- Crew Calls — open roles on errands in motion. Auto-aggregated from the projects themselves; if a project is looking for help, it surfaces here.
- Boons — what I offer. Things I'll help with, things I know enough to be useful at, things I'd happily trade time on.
- Conversations — standing invitations to talk about specific things. No agenda required; sometimes a conversation is the point.
